Exercise Tip of the Day

Try exercising while watching your favorite TV show! Here's how:
During the commercial break, try doing lunges during the first commercial, then switch to bicep curls with the next commercial and so on and so forth. Voila! You have burned calories, toned your muscles, AND watched an awesome episode. On top of all that, think of all the calories you have steered clear of from not eating junk food!
